Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please reach out no less than 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations will result in the client being charged 50% of their fee. To reschedule, please reach out no less than 24 hours in advance. Last minute re-scheduling will be at the discretion of Micaela "Cae" Thomas based off of her schedule and availability. A 50% fee will be charged for all last minute re-scheduling (re-scheduling LESS than 24 hours in advance). The balance will be charged upon the next scheduled appointment/booking.
